Thank you for helping me on my journey to better health. When we began working together four months ago, it was because of health issues. Since then, with your guidance, I have lost 16 pounds – about a pound each week. The nutritional guidance have helped me to redefine what is ‘good’ food and enjoy more healthful eating. I have also gained strength and endurance with the exercises you have shown me. I really appreciate your adapting each exercise to my age and capabilities.
