As a trainer, I see a lot of people come to the gym with great intentions, only to quit within weeks because they either injure themselves or they don’t see any progress. This is why Club Fitness offers its members the Jump Start. The program gives you an initial assessment and three individualized hour long training sessions over two weeks to get you started on your health and fitness goals. Workouts focus on addressing any muscle imbalances and instruction of proper form of basic strength movements. The key is to get you started safely and help you see immediate results. Also included is nutritional counseling, customized homework, and Total Coach access. All this for only $99 fee.
