I joined Club Fitness in February 2015 and basically only did cardio for 9 months on my own and lost 20 pounds. I hit a plateau at this point and wanted to lose more so that is when Karen Stein became my trainer. She not only helped me lose additional weight but I am also so much stronger today. I could hardly do a squat on that first day and I thought to myself “what am I getting myself into”?
I would recommend Karen as a trainer! She pushed me, encouraged me, and is very understanding! My diet today isn’t perfect but I eat much better (less fast food) and that is important. My next goal is to get off of some medications I am on. Thank you Karen!!
